Program description
The FreshStudy Listings SMS Program is an optional clinical trials information service. Subscribers may receive recurring SMS updates featuring recently added research opportunities, including new study listings, fresh opportunity highlights, and regional research updates in categories such as healthy volunteer, observational, behavioral, prevention, and device studies, as well as notifications about coordination requests they initiate. FreshStudy Listings is not a research organization or healthcare provider.
Message categories
- Account notifications: Message frequency varies based on account activity.
- New listing updates: Recurring. Generally up to 4 messages per month.
Opt-in method
You opt in by checking one or more unchecked SMS consent boxes on our contact page and providing your mobile number. Providing a phone number alone is not consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of the site.
First message
After opting in, you'll receive a first message such as:
- "FreshStudy Listings: You're subscribed to account notifications. Msg frequency varies by account activity. FreshStudy Listings is not a research organization or healthcare provider. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
- "FreshStudy Listings: You're subscribed to new study listing updates. Up to 4 msgs/month. FreshStudy Listings is not a research organization or healthcare provider. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

STOP instructions
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT at any time to cancel. You'll receive one final message: "FreshStudy Listings: You've been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this program. Reply START to subscribe again." We will not message you again unless you opt in again.
HELP instructions
Reply HELP for help. You'll receive: "FreshStudy Listings: Help with our SMS program is available at mail@freshstudylistings.com. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel." You can also email mail@freshstudylistings.com.

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
