When you use our contact form, we may collect your first and last name, email address (optional), mobile number (optional), a short note about your availability or interests, and the SMS categories you choose, if any. We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
We do not ask for health conditions, diagnoses, or treatments, and we ask that you do not include them.
How we use information

SMS communications
SMS messages are optional and come in two separate programs you choose individually: account notifications (status updates on coordination requests you submit, opt-in and opt-out confirmations, and replies to HELP requests; frequency varies based on account activity) and recurring marketing messages about new study listings, fresh opportunity highlights, and regional research updates (generally up to 4 messages per month). Mobile opt-in information
Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.
This includes research organizations, trial sponsors, drug development companies, and third-party marketers. Sharing your contact information for a courtesy introduction to a specific independent program requires your separate, explicit permission, which is separate from SMS opt-in.
Cookies and analytics
We may use essential cookies and basic, aggregated analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not send form contents or health information to analytics tools.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and keep records of SMS consent and opt-out requests to honor your choices.
Opt-out rights
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT to any text to stop SMS. You may also email us to ask that we update or delete your information.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's privacy
Our forms are intended for adults 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Our site may link to independent websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Policy changes
